Pasa Guven est un homme politique turc né le 1er janvier 1955 et assassiné à Paris le 11 juillet 1991.
Après avoir été un des grands leaders de l'opposition au régime jusqu'au coup d'État 12 septembre 1980, il s'enfuit au Moyen-orient puis en Europe, tout d'abord en Allemagne puis en France, où il s'installe et décide d'arrêter ses activités politiques. Le 11 juillet 1991, il est assassiné à la demande d'un de ses anciens camarades politiques. Il laisse une veuve et deux orphelins.
