Palace Software était, dans les années 80, une entreprise britannique de développement de jeux vidéo basée à Londres. Elle est principalement connue pour les jeux vidéo Barbarian et Cauldron pour ordinateurs 8-bit.
En 1988, la société monte Outlaw Productions, qui publient des titres externes, généralement des adaptations. En 1992, la compagnie mère de Palace Software fait faillite emportant avec elle la société.
