L'Université de l'Ohio ou Ohio University est une université publique installé dans la ville d'Athens dans l'Ohio qui est situé dans un campus de 7,3 km².

Fondé en 1804, c'est le plus ancien collège de l'Ohio. Dans les années 2000, il accueille plus de 20 000 étudiants.

Il dispose en outre d'une école de médecine.

Le club sportif est le Ohio Bobcats comptant 16 équipes.
