Neïa (en russe : Нея) est une ville de l'oblast de Kostroma, en Russie, et le centre administratif du raïon de Neïski. Elle est située à 182 km au nord-est de Kostroma. Sa population s'élève à 10 900 habitants en 2007.
Histoire
La fondation de Neïa est due à la construction de la gare de Neïa, ouverte en 1906. Neïa a le statut de ville depuis 1958.
