Nomenclature générale des actes professionnels
La Nomenclature Générale des Actes Professionnels (NGAP) est un système de cotation des actes médicaux du secteur libéral, permettant notamment de tarifier son activité au patient et aux caisses d'assurance maladie obligatoire (AMO) et complémentaire (AMC).
Remplacée dans une très large mesure par la classification commune des actes médicaux (CCAM) notamment pour les actes chirurgicaux, elle est encore majoritairement utilisée au cabinet du praticien et par les auxiliaires de santé.
Chaque acte est caractérisé par un code, un tarif unitaire légal et un coefficient. Un ou plusieurs actes forment alors une feuille de soins [1], qui est une facture.
Comme pour les actes CCAM, certains professionnels de santé peuvent pratiquer des dépassements d'honoraires sous certaines conditions.
