Marcel Cartier

Marcel Cartier fut le dernier maire de Rouen du XIXe siècle et la premier du XXe siècle, sous l'étiquette des Républicains radicaux.

Il fut maire de 1898 à 1902 où il démissionna.

Il fut nommé officier d'académie et chevalier de la Légion d'honneur.
