Madison est un groupe vocal se classant dans le genre gospel, composé de 5 membres. Il s'est formé en Alsace, vers Altkirch en 1995. Leur répertoire se compose de traductions de gospels traditionnels anglophones, et de compositions originales de membres du groupe. Depuis ses débuts, la formation a changé souvent de membres.
Certains membres du groupe Antydot' jouent régulièrement lors de concerts de Madison, notamment David Prigent à la guitare.
Histoire
- 1995 : Formation
- En 1999, le groupe sort leur premier album, Victorieux au combat.
- En 2002, Là devant toi voit le jour. Il voit un net progrès aux niveaux vocal et artistique.
- Avril 2005 voit la sortie de Un moment à nous considéré comme leur album le plus abouti, tant au niveau des compositions que du soin apporté à la réalisation.
- Au printemps 2009 sort leur quatrième album, One fine day.
