Le Glenn Research Center, officiellement appelé NASA John H. Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field, est un centre de recherche de la National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) situé dans les villes de Brook Park, Cleveland et Fairview Park, dans l'Ohio, près de l'aéroport international de Cleveland-Hopkins.

La principale mission de ce centre est de développer des technologies pour une utilisation dans l'aéronautique et l'astronautique.

Il porte le nom de John Glenn.
