Letlhakane est un village du District Central au Botswana. Il est situé au sud du Makgadikgadi Pan. Dans les environs du village se trouve trois mines de diamants exploitées par la société Debswana: la mine de Letlhakane au sud-est, la mine d'Orapa au nord-ouest et la mine de Damtshaa au nord.
La population de Letlhakane était de 19 539 en 2001.
