Bob Carlisle

Bob Carlisle (1956 -) est un chanteur chrétien américain. Il a joué dans plusieurs groupes, dont Allies, avant de lancer sa carrière en solo.

Il est surtout connu pour sa chanson Butterfly Kisses, qui parut sur son troisième album solo. Ce hit, d'abord intitulé Shades of Grace, était un favori lors des mariages car il avait pour thème les relations père-fille. Co-écrite avec Randy Thomas, ex-membre des Allies, cette chanson lui valut le prix Grammy de 1997 pour meilleure chanson country, ainsi que le prix Dove pour meilleure chanson de l'année.
