Stewart Edward (Stu) Hart, (3 mai 1915 – 16 octobre 2003) est une personnalité du monde de la lutte professionnelle au Canada. Il a été successivement lutteur, entraîneur et promoteur dans la région de Calgary (Alberta).

Il est le père de Bret et d'Owen, qui ont tous deux fait carrière dans la WWE.

En tant qu'entraîneur, il est le créateur du fameux « donjon », d'où sont sortis Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho et autres British Bulldog.

Décès

Hart est admit au Rockyview General Hospital le 3 octobre 2003 pour une pneumonie. Il décède 13 jours plus tard.

En 2005 la ville de Saskatoon annonce qu'une rue du centre de Blairmore Suburban est appelé Hart Road.
