Smithwick's est une bière rousse brassée à Kilkenny en Irlande à la brasserie St. Francis Abbey, fondée en 1710 par John Smithwick sur les ruines d'une abbaye du XIIIe siècle.

La brasserie est détenue aujourd’hui par Guinness, faisant ainsi partie du groupe Diageo. Au niveau de la prononciation du mot, le 'w' et le "h" sont silencieux. En Irlande, il se prononce généralement 'smit-icks'.
La bière est une rousse faisant un peu de mousse en surface, avec une texture onctueuse et un goût un peu amère et complexe.
Cette brasserie produit aussi une bière nommée Kilkenny destinée au marché extérieur et qui est très semblable à la Smithwick's.
